  3. Providing emotional support, comfort.
  4. Providing information on practical assistance and available services.
  5. Preventing further damage.

The consultations were intended for Yezidi people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and their families.

Psychological work has helped to increase the self-confidence of the beneficiaries, the manifestations of personal growth, which contributes to the reduction and overcoming of self-stigma, discrimination, the identification of positive internal resources and their strengthening. Psychological work has also contributed to our beneficiaries’ self-expression and sense of being understood, their rethinking of life and the development of more positive approaches, in general, valuing the meaning of life and improving its quality.
Work with adolescents and the elderly has been carried out to help them overcome fears, reduce isolationist tendencies, and develop communication skills.
